If you are no longer an active customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice with respect to your nonpublic personal information.

Your Right to Limit Sharing

Federal law gives you the right to limit certain sharing of your nonpublic personal information. Because NRD Lending, LLC does not currently share your information with affiliates or joint marketing partners beyond what is required to process your loan or required by law, there is currently no opt-out required. If our sharing practices change, we will provide you with an updated notice and opt-out opportunity.
